I’m a Coptic Orthodox Christian in my late twenties, priest-wife, mama of two little girls, an engineer, and a life coach. In my spare time I like to read, journal, attempt to paint/ write icons, listen to podcasts and audiobooks, and savor matcha lattes.

Born in Egypt and raised in NJ, I’ve had to navigate growing up in a melting pot while holding steady to my faith and values. I hope this blog can be of service to youth who are going through similar struggles and need help seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I am by no means an expert. I’m just another girl who ungracefully fumbled through her teenage and young adult years, and miraculously made it out on the other side.

Life is full of beautiful flowery parts as well as the challenging thorns. Just remember that thorns eventually lead to beautifully bloomed lilies.

This blog is meant for young Christian men & women (bonus if you’re Coptic), but if you're a Christian of any age trying to navigate the struggles of this world and holding on to your faith and values, then please stay and enjoy the ride.

For more about me, I invite you to read this introduction post.
